welcome!

Hello! I’m Keili. I’m a pediatrician and, perhaps most importantly, I’m a mom. The majority of my day is spent taking care of the many children that come to my office. Sick ones, healthy ones, and everyone in between. Oftentimes it seems I am caring for the whole family as much as I am my actual patient. My days may be very challenging, but I love it. I am passionate about taking care of children - be it yours or my own and all of the families that are included in this mix!

Trust me, I get it.
Kids are tough - my own included! So amazing, and breath-taking, and huggable, and funny, and inspiring… and yet, still so tough. There are days when you may secretly wish you could give them right back and other days you can’t possibly imagine loving any other creature quite this much. It’s this dichotomy that makes parenthood so brilliantly perfect.

But yet, there are So. Many. Questions.
Where do you even start?? And, who do you ask for trusted information? The endless internet can be a scary, scary place. There is so much misinformation out there and so many people who may declare themselves to be “experts” on a topic and yet truly have no education to support such a claim. If you want quality information about children, asking a person whose title literally means, “an expert in the healing of children”, might be a good place to start! ME! A pediatrician and a Mom - such a great combination!

Let’s do this together.
Parenthood is a journey. It is wild and magical and scary and truly the best. If we are honest with ourselves, one of the first things we all realize upon entering parenthood is how much we really don’t know. But alas! Here you will find answers to so many questions you didn’t even realize you had.

And, yes. Please do ask.
I truly want this content to be interactive and driven by you. Give me your topics and questions and I will get you the highest quality answer I can - complete with sound resources and information you can trust to be as evidence-based as possible. Similar to the promise I make to all of my families at my office, I strive to provide information which combines all of the best parts of my pediatrician-mom brain: Part medicine, part science and research driven, part humanity, part logic, part emotion, and part just raw mom.

I’m excited! Thank you for being here.
